A: Mon-Fri: 7am-6pm. Sat: 8am-noon. Sun: closed.
Q: How long does it take to get a work estimate?
A: We will normally provide you an estimate within five business days.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, or personal check.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: We offer a financing plan through Wells Fargo for qualifying customers.
Q: Do you provide emergency service?
A: Yes, we offer 24-hour emergencies only.
Q: How long will I need to wait for emergency service?
A: Depending upon location and weather, generally less than two hours.
Q: Do you hire subcontractors?
A: We use our own highly trained, fully insured engineers and technicians for virtually every job. However, we subcontract electricians and crane operators.
Q: How many service techs do you have for service?
A: We have 15 service techs on the job each day.
Q: Do you offer service plans?
A: Yes, we offer two kind of service plans:
- Gold Plan: full maintenance plan.
- Silver Plan: preventive maintenance plan.
We also offer maintenance agreements.
